90% of people that came, left after seeing the homepage, meaning the majority couldn’t find what they were looking for, didn’t understand what they were seeing or didn’t like what they saw.
Clear and simple flow
The flow must make sense. Understanding user needs, then designing a thoroughly revised user journey, helps this process happen smoother.
Branding
Join the vision/direction and add to it. I wanted to create a compelling narrative that drew in stakeholders and team members. Making it aesthetically pleasing would come naturally.

Redesigned the recruitment website to reduce user friction and create a seamless candidate journey. Simplified navigation, improved information architecture.

Through improved navigation, clearer content hierarchy, and intuitive search and filtering, users could quickly find relevant job opportunities and resources. By reducing friction throughout the candidate journey and optimising key touchpoints, the experience fostered greater trust, increased engagement, and encouraged users to return regularly to explore new vacancies and career opportunities.

The redesign focused on improving discoverability and increasing website traffic through SEO-informed UX decisions.
